Expand Your Child's World with My Smart World Pre-School classes!
The Mini's meet one day a week:

Friday's
9:00 am – 11:20 am

The children in the Mini's class are typically split into two smaller groups. While one of the groups is attending Preschool class, the other group is attending Kindermusik class, afterwhich the groups rotate.

DISCOVERY TIME Children explore materials and interact with each other. Teacher works one on one with children.
CIRCLE TIME Group gathers for opening time including welcoming, calendar dates, patriotic songs, and positive character connection songs.
STORY TIME Well-written literature is presented which focuses on character and storyline development. Both fictional and non-fictional books are read and discussed.
CENTERS Different center activities revolve around the themed units of study. During centers, the teacher works individually with the students on art projects and academic learning.
OUTSIDE or GYM TIME Children play together developing large muscle skills and appropriate social skills.
KINDERMUSIK Children uncover an engaging musical world while building confidence, self-control, and communications skills. Singing, imitating sounds, rhyming, and object identification foster language skills, while creative movement and various musical “moods” develop a sense of balance, timing, and spatial awareness. Listening and turn-taking encourage blossoming social skills.

In addition to receiving the best education in a warm, caring environment, your child will also receive the following:

  • Participation in Christmas and Spring singing programs.

  • A special booklet collection of your child’s art projects, work samples and photos throughout the year

Please keep in mind:

  • Registration fee reserves selected class times.
  • Children who are sick with fevers, colds, and flu need to stay home to prevent spreading the illness.
  • Children should bring a backpack to school daily. Check their bags for their work, homework and notes from the school. Please label the backpacks with their name.
